As of November 29, 2016...still run down and dirty, machines that do not work (can't tell until it eats your money that you can't get back)...no contact number for management to report issues so unfortunately have to do that here. Machines over priced for time allowed (laundromat on Sterling is far better value,10 minutes per quarter...but I live in the Heights).
Only couple dryer that works great the rest not hot at all.
I was here tonite wasted 2.00 on dryer just to find out didn't work so wasted time and money no number visible to contact mangement for refund found numbet on Google and voicemail box full can't leave message and not to mention remodeling is still not done after owner said Oct 1 not happy with looks nor service
Very dirty, cockroaches live and dead throughout the business many machines broken but you have to waste money in them to find out. Shame on the owner
This place is straight TRASH. Used to be nice but the new owners dgaf. Half the time the washers run without any water, impossible to get a hold of management. They have a number on the wall that goes straight to voice mail saw a roach in there today. Just trash. Trash trash trash
