Not a very good 1st time experience in my eyes especially if you order over the phone and have them delivered at a certain place/time they didn't deliver on time and ruined the surprise also be careful about using your debit or credit card ..
Very very disappointed!!! I will never order from this place again. So my order couldn't be made and I expected very similar substitution, not even close, I am very embarrassed that this what was sent to my daughter. It looked like a plant with two lavender roses stuck in it.this won't let me post the pics. Horrible hope
Very nice lady's, helped me throw together a silk bouquet in 30 minutes.
Truly disappointed with the work done at this shop. This is not a professional arrangement that I would expect from an experienced florist. It's hideous. I certainly feel misled by their website images. I also called & complained & their only remedy was to take the flowers away from the recipient - very poor customer service. Steer clear of this one.
