Jim (the mechanic there) is probably the most honest mechanic I have ever met when it comes to telling you what's wrong with a car. He does not pile on charges or come up with a bunch of extra things to fix. When we have a car question - he's our guy.
I would not trust this dealership when buying a car. I recently called on a 2011 chevy cruze they had for sale. I talked to Marv who owns the lot and told him I was interested but couldn't make it for a week (as I live 3.5 hours away and had work). I asked if I could leave a deposit, he said yes and I put $300 down on it for him to hold it. His exact words were " I will not show this car to anyone and I will not sell it to anyone". In the week leading up to me coming to purchase the car I had sold the car I was recently driving so I could have some cash and went to the bank to get a loan so I could have the rest of the cash. Friday comes around, I call just to let them know I will be there first thing Saturday morning, his wife answered the phone and said she that she would let him know. Friday afternoon I get a call from him informing me he had sold the car Thursday. Now you will probably think that he runs a dealership and that's business. Remember that this man made a promise to hold a car for me after taking my money to hold the vehicle. He is giving me my deposit back and said sorry. The real point is this man lied about saying what he would do and if he can't even give his word to hold a car for a week which in my opinion money is more valuable to him than giving his word. So if this man says he has a good reliable car, I wouldn't take his word because in the end game this man only cares about money not his reputation and can not be trusted.
I contacted them on a Thursday about replacing 1 plug on my vehicle. He said they were not busy and to drop it off the following day. I was assured it would be finished by end of day Friday. I called Friday at 2:00 to check up, and was told they were just pulling it in. I called back at 4:30 because I hadn't heard from them. I was then told that they hadn't got to it and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. I understand that stuff happens, but the least they could have done was call me when they found out it wasn't going to be finished when they said it would. They also lied to me when they said they were pulling it in.. it was still in the parking lot!! I took my keys and fixed it myself. Don't call them if you want you vehicle fixed in a timely and honest matter.
