The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My friend is extremely particular with bikes and the staff was very patient and allowed her to find the right bike. Furthermore we had to go back to our house to grab a car to put the bike in, but it was just about closing time. The staff offered to stay after closing till we got there. My only complaint, these bikes are very expensive, which is understandable, but they charge $19.99 for a kickstand because “People are getting away from kickstands”. The kickstand was already attached to the bike and we didn’t really have an option to take it off. You would think buying a $600 bike that a kickstand would come with that, but we did get a free helmet. Over all great place. 4/5 because of the kickstand issue.

My entire experience from the minute I walked in the store to picking up my bike yesterday and having to make some last minute changes was A++. They did not have the exact bike I wanted in stock, however they ordered it in and had it ready in a couple of days.
